Following that, you will have enough time to ascend Waynapicchu Mountain if you so choose, and you will have the opportunity to witness the dawn at the enigmatic fortress of Machupicchu.
Day 01: Arrival in Cusco – The finest in Cusco City – Return to Hotel
Day 02: The best of the sacred valley & Machu Picchu By Train
Day 03: Machu picchu!!!!!
Day 04: Transfer to Cusco Airport
We will greet you at the airport in Cusco and take you to your cozy hotel in the heart of the city’s historic district. To get used to the altitude, leisurely spend the remainder of the morning at your hotel. Before embarking on our guided tour, which will expose you to the history, culture, and local cuisine, we advise you to relax at your hotel for a few hours and eat a light lunch.
A walking tour of Cusco’s town plaza, Plaza de Armas, will be our first stop. At several points during the journey, we find ourselves concentrating on the Inca walls of Cusco, searching for the seven serpents of Siete Culebras, or appreciating the structure of the puma at Inca Roca or the renowned 12-angled stone of Hatunrumiyoc.
We then go to the bustling San Pedro Market. It is usually a well-liked destination for tourists traveling to Cusco, not only because of its lively atmosphere and brilliant colors, but also because it offers a glimpse into local culture. Visit the Qorikancha, the Inca Temple of the Sun, one of the most magnificent Inca temples, after that. Once the most revered temple in Cusco, it was devoted to the Sun God, the highest Inca god.
Lastly, and perhaps one of the most striking, visit Sacsayhuaman, the Royal House of the Sun, which is among the finest Inca stone constructions.

After picking you up from your hotel at 8:00 a.m., we will head to the Sacred Valley of the Incas, which is a great spot to visit after Machu Picchu because of the amazing Inca monuments, local markets, people, and vistas.
You’ll visit Pisaq’s local market, where you can find textiles, silverwork, ceramics, and other items. After touring this charming town, we’ll climb the mountain to the massive Inca site of Pisaq, which features enormous Andean terraces and other structures that date back more than 500 years.
After leaving this location, we’ll proceed down the Wilcamayu, the Sacred River, until we reach Urubamba, where you may have lunch at your leisure. Continuing on to Ollantaytambo, the other Inca site, which is one of the few locations in Cusco and Peru where people still reside on Inca construction sites. The religious site is situated at the summit, where the sun temple is situated, and practically every street has water canals. At this location, the trip will conclude about 16:00.
You will now proceed to the Ollantaytambo rail station, which is five minutes’ walk from the site’s most visited square; When you get there, the hotel personnel will be waiting for you with the name of your lodging. You will meet the Machu Picchu guide to discuss the next day’s visit. The train ride to the town takes one and a half hours.

You can choose to go early in the morning to Machu Picchu, where a guide will be waiting for you at the ancient site after a 25-minute bus ride. When you arrive, the guided tour will begin. Our guide will spend around two and a half hours with you, showing you the most significant aspects of this stunning wonder of the world and providing you with unique facts about this amazing location that you will adore.
After that, you’ll get some free time to explore Machu Picchu independently and snap a few more photos. Additionally, for an additional expense, you will have the choice to ascend Waynapicchu Mountain or Machu Picchu Mountain, which are optional climbs lasting two or three and a half hours. After your free time, we have to take the bus down to Aguas Calientes town, where you may have lunch before getting ready to catch the train back.
