7-Day Tour of Machu Picchu and Titicaca Lake. It is among the greatest ways to go to both of Peru’s regions. The most visited tourist destinations in the southern part of the country are Cusco and Puno.
In Cusco. The birthplace of the Inca Empire and the capital of American archaeology. Explore the scenic Inca sacred valley, the imperial city and its environs, and Machu Picchu, the «icon of South America and one of the Seven Wonders of the World.»
In Puno. America’s folklore capital and the cultural and intangible legacy of humanity. Explore Titicaca Lake’s floating islands, the world’s highest navigable lake (3,800 meters/12,467 feet). You may observe the traditions and practices of the ancient ethnic groups of Uros and Taquile while also taking in the richness of the Andes.
Due to our daily group service departures in Cusco and Puno, the trip dates are variable, allowing you to join the group on any day you want.
Day 01: Arrival in Cusco and city tour.
Day 02: Tour Sacred Valley – Machu Picchu town (B & L)
Day 03: Visit the Wonder of the World Machu Picchu (B)
Day 04: Cusco – Tour to the Rainbow Mountain – Cusco and overnight trip to Puno (B & L)
Day 05: Puno – Uros and Amantani Islands Tour (L & D).
Day 06: Amantani – Taquile Island Tour – Puno (B)
Day 07: Farewell transfer to the airport (B)
Early in the day. Our crew will greet you and take you to your accommodation as soon as your aircraft lands at the Cusco airport. The morning will be yours to relax and get used to the surroundings.
Explore the Inca Empire’s capital and its environs beginning at 1:30 pm.
Next, take in the Sun Temple, also known as Qorikancha (golden enclosure). It was the principal temple, where the Sun God was worshipped on June 21st. Today, the Santo Domingo de Guzman temple stands above this historic temple.
Continue your journey outside of the city and stop by Sacsayhuaman, Qenqo, Pucapucara, and Tambomachay, four archeological sites constructed out of huge boulders. Admire their megalithic walls, which are the best examples of Inca architecture from its prime.
Make your way back to Cusco at around 18:00.
Spend the night in Cusco.

At 8:00 a.m., after breakfast at your accommodation, set out on an incredible adventure to the Sacred Valley of the Incas. Make a quick stop at Awanacancha to see lovely handicrafts produced from wool and to meet South American camelids, such as llamas, guanacos, vicuñas, and alpacas. Next, visit the Pisaq archeological site and the local bazaar. Proceed to Urubamba along the bank of the Willkamayu River (the sacred river), where you will have a delectable buffet meal made with regional products. Visit the Ollantaytambo Inca stronghold, the only location where the Inca enclosures are still inhabited, after sampling Peruvian food.
After the Ollantaytambo tour, catch your train to Machu Picchu town (Aguas Calientes), which leaves Ollantaytambo station at 7:04 p.m.
Spend the night in Machu Picchu.

Accompanied by your tour guide, take the bus to the Machu Picchu main entrance one hour before to the time shown on your ticket after breakfast at your accommodation.
After passing the checkpoint, follow the route shown on your ticket to start exploring all the sights and soaking in the stunning panoramic views of Machu Picchu that perfectly complement the natural beauty. Additionally, snap stunning pictures that will capture your trip forever. Next, ascend on your own if you have a ticket to ascend Machu Picchu Mountain or Huayna Picchu Mountain (optional).
Once you’ve seen everything, ride the bus to the town of Aguas Calientes and eat lunch by yourself. You may take your return train to Ollantaytambo station at 14:55, 15:20, or 18:20 hours. Our personnel will greet you when you arrive and take you back to Cusco City in a tourist minivan. Spend the night in Cusco.
Note: After the Machu Picchu citadel tour, ascend on your own if you have an access ticket to Huayna Picchu or Machu Picchu mountain.
Spend the night in Cusco.

Depending on the location of your accommodation, our tour guide and mobility will stop by your Cusco hotel between 4:00 and 4:30 am to begin the Rainbow Mountain Tour. After that, travel for one and a half hours to Cusipata village, where you will have a hearty handmade breakfast created with regional ingredients. After that, go for an additional hour to the Phullawasi-Chiliwani settlement, where you will begin an ascent that will lead you to Rainbow Mountain. See South American camelids and other high Andean creatures in their native environment while hiking up with your knowledgeable guide. Take in the breathtaking surroundings.
Take in the full scope of the natural splendor from the 7-colored mountain perspective. Take great pictures and enjoy the views of Ausangate, Peru’s fifth-highest peak at 6,384 meters above sea level (20,944 feet). Once you have marveled, begin your journey back to the bus stop. After a delightful lunch, head back to Cusco. arrival in Cusco at around 17:30.
Travel overnight in a bus with a 160° tilt seat from Cusco to Puno at 22:00.

Our crew will meet you when you arrive at the Puno bus station at five in the morning and direct you to a restaurant for breakfast.
Start your Lake Titicaca floating islands tour at 7:30 a.m. after breakfast. This stunning deep blue lake is the site of ancient highland cultures. Visit the Uros Floating Islands to observe the habits and traditions of the residents, who are costumed in vibrant costumes. After that, go to the lovely island of Amantani to eat a handmade lunch while taking in the breathtaking views of the lake and the rich high Andean wildlife.
Spend the night in a family house in the center of the highest navigable lake in the world (3,812 meters/12,507 feet) and have a lovely evening with the locals.

It’s going to be a morning unlike any other.
Say goodbye to the villagers and get on a motorboat to head for Taquile Island after the local breakfast. Another stunning island in the center of the lake, from where you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the lake that partially borders Peru and Bolivia. Savor your cooked meal around midday before heading back to Puno City. Arrival time: 4 p.m.
Please take note whether you have a round-trip ticket from Lima to Cusco and back. You’re going back to Cusco via bus tonight.
